Financial Market Trainer in Online Trading Academy, Afghanistan

The Online Trading Academy is a professional institution to support the training needs on financial markets for the people of Afghanistan. The academy provides the best in class training for trading in various financial instruments like stocks, indices, bonds, futures, options etc. across currency (FOREX), Commodity (Bullion like metals, gold etc.) and securities market (Equity).
The Academy imparts education to students, professionals and various other market participants on how to trade(buy and sell) in world financial markets for income and wealth creation. Training is provided for both theoretical understanding, and in practical application (on live stock markets), covering areas of technical analysis (when to enter and exit a trade by using tools of trade), fundamental analysis (why to trade that financial instrument by understanding its intrinsic value with regard to its peers, economic factors etc.) and risk management (understanding the risk to return functionality of any trade).
To address the varying needs of different people classes, the academy provides customized training on various topics, strategies, training in real market scenarios for its clients
Role Title: Financial Market Trainer

Division: Academic

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Probation period: 3-Months
• The financial market trainer will be assigned to teach customers/ students about how to trade in various financial markets both in theory & in practical sessions. 
• He/she would also be required to prepare the training materials (for a quarterly time period) and should have the experience of handling/ trading in Forex, Commodities, Indices and Derivative segments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of the various financial markets
• What financial instruments are traded across the globe at time zones and an articulate knowledge towards training the customers.
• Able to prepare the best in class training materials for customers.
•  Ability to conduct live trading in front of the clients during their training sessions.
•  Coding knowledge in Mt4 towards creating, editing and modifying indicators, systems etc
• Presenting the training materials to customers and have the power towards complete knowledge transfer to customers.
• Should have trading & product knowledge in various asset classes including Forex, commodities, Indices, Stocks & derivatives.
