It was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between government-owned Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) and Union Carbide Corporation, now a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, and Boubyan Petrochemical Company - a public company traded on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. Current ownership of the organization sees Dow Chemical Company and PIC each retaining 42.5%, Boubyan Petrochemical Company holding 9%, and the remaining 6% owned by Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company - a private company established in Kuwait during 2004

    Qualification: Diploma in Technical field
    Experience: Should have 8 10 years of experience in a Maintenance Environment (Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical) 
    SAP Knowledge (Planning, PM Module and Materials Module)
    To review different kinds of maintenance requirements, consult with engineers, operations personnel etc. prepare and monitor maintenance plans, schedules with sufficient resources requirements for shutdown maintenance work and develop a master maintenance-planning schedule in conjunction with the maintenance personnel for optimization of plant and equipment availability
