HR Executive for Swan Global WLL in Doha, Qatar (2+ Years Exp.)

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Screening the candidates through job portal, linked-in etc.
• Handle end to end recruitment.
• Should have experience in Recruiting workers/Field Recruitment.
• Good Communication Skill and pleasant personality.
• Should have good Convincing Skills
Skills Required :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• 3+ Years of Experience in Recruitment / Talent Hunting / Acquisition / Generalist
• Strong Social Media Skills for Talent Sourcing and Head Hunting
• A Go-Getter with ability to fill the openings within no time
• Ability to identify and evaluate right talent
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Speaking fluent and English is must.
• Males candidate preferred
