Work Activity Coordinator / Maintenance Supervisor for Saudi Arabia

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. minimum 10 years experience in Refinery or Petrochemical Plant Reliability.
3. strong supervisory background with sound practical experience in multi-national culture.
4. Age: 45 years old and below.
5. English proficiency: Fluent both in speaking and writing.
6. This position provides reliability engineering for all SADARA Rotating Equipment to improve equipment availability and reduce maintenance costs. Reliability engineering includes reliability analysis and programs, and technical support to maintenance & operations for ongoing plant operations.
7. Provide engineering, design, analysis, calculations, evaluation, reliability program execution and other reliability engineering tasks for rotating equipment for SADARA facilities.

8. Perform all work within code compliance, applicable industry specifications, standards and recommended practices, and site specifications and standards.
9. Lead/Facilitate root cause failure analysis.
10. Utilize advanced reliability techniques (FMEA) and act as facilitator in developing solutions to long standing reliability issues.
11. Perform life cycle cost analysis on design modification and metallurgy upgrade options to provide recommendations to management.
12. Provide technical input to strategies for maintenance, repair, and replacement specifications.
13. Identify and implement improvement ideas to improve operational performance, increase availability, and reduce costs.

14. Provide technical input to capital project design basis and support to develop project options.
15. Identify and resolve process unit run limiters and critical reliability issues.
16. Evaluate maintenance cost for rotating equipment and make recommendations for cost reductions.
17. Develop and track fixed equipment replacement plans for assigned operating areas.
18. Support Operations by responding to reliability needs and emergency situations.
19. Support plant turnaround efforts with technical and leadership support.
20. Review all data related to rotating equipment in project proposals, design drawings, equipment specifications for new and upgrade projects.
21. Prepare rotating equipment detail design packages for plant modification and upgrades.
22. Work with vendor technical representatives to resolve equipment technical problems.


23. Inspect and commission new rotating equipment including vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors
24. Participate in investigation teams for the analysis of individual failures related to rotating equipment. These failures include but not limited to: Mechanical Seals failures, Bearings high temperatures, Vibration issues, and Misalignment related issues.
25. Assist and direct Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting rotating equipment related problems.
