ERP Developer for Mauritius

Job Title:   Ms Dynamics Nav Functional & Technical Consultant
Department:  Digital & Data
Reports to:  Product Line Manager
 
Qualifications & Experience:    


• Minimum: Degree in IT from a recognized University
• At least 3 years work experience on Dynamics NAV programming and development tool
• C#, .NET, C-sharp or other software programming skills
• Software development on Microsoft Dynamics NAV is mandatory
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and French
• Good documentation skills, particularly in system design specification
• Ability to work on his/her own initiative and within a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment


Purpose of Role  
• The software Developer works closely with stake holders and the other members of our IT professional services team to perform development and oversight of our system to meet business objectives


Role Responsibilities 
1 Analyse, design and develop software program to meet the clients requirements
2 Design and customise software applications 
3 Facilitate the successful analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions to clients, including off-site and on-site work
4 Perform system development according to best practice
5 Perform system tests and ensure quality deliverables
6 Create technical documentation
7 Provide go-live and post-live support
8 Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilities
