Ensure contractors compliance to HSE requirements by implementing HSE Program.
Register all incidents in incident register, perform investigations or contribute to Contractors investigations to understand the causes and influencing factors.
Implement Recommendations .
Ensure a zero tolerance approach to unsafe practices
Carry out and document daily HSE inspections and facilitate management safety walks
Participate in weekly construction coordination meetings
Ensure that Contractors training and awareness programs are carried out as planned
Prepare Method Statements including risk assessments, and ensure that contractors involve workers in Job Safety Analyses
Establish and implement a program of examinations to document contractors compliance.
Liaison and assist with monitoring of contractors implementation of environmental requirements.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXPERIENCE IN END TO END CONSTRUCTION SAFETY. QUALIFIED FULL TIME B.Sc or ENGINEERING GRADUATE or DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING WITH NEBOSH CERTIFICATION AND DIPLOMA IN HSE FROM RECOGNIZED INSTITUTE
Required Candidate profile
Strong in safety standards, international / global exposure is preferred. Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, communication skills, etc required. Should be having experience in supporting HSE trainings. - 4+ years experience
