1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
2. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
3. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
4. Create reports for management on security status.
5. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
6. Conducting security evaluations.
7. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
8. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
9. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
Required Candidate profile
1. 3+ years of UAE experience at Managerial level.2. Graduate; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
3. Proficient in Ms-office.
4. Arabic communication skills is a must.
5. Must have UAE Driving License.
6. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
8. Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
9. Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds.
10. Physically fit, strong, agile and dexterous.
