FINISHING MANAGER - KENYA

• Who can handle large volumes of up to 40,000 per day. Good with figure control and quality conscious.
• Can manage a department of 700 workforce a good administrator/manager/enforcer
• Must have good communication in English.
• Must have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in reputed Garment Manufacturing Units
• Salary bracket would be between USD 1200 to 1500 plus accommodation & other benefits.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER - KENYA

Enthusiastic, young & energetic applicants with a good command of the English language are welcome for this role.

• Should be able to prepare operation bulletins, allocate machines & line machine layouts
• Should be disciplined & must be able to instill discipline in the lines.
• Strong in figure control & must be very systematic in ensuring the garment WIP moves in sequence
• Must have good experience in calculating SAM & should be ready to take up a challenge at all times for any operation's high capacity output
• Must have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in reputed Garment Manufacturing Units
• Salary bracket would be between USD 1000 - USD 1300 plus accommodation & other benefits
  
  

ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN for SEWING MACHINES - KENYA

• Repairing all Electronics Boards, PCB boards and related with same
• Assisting factory on machines electronic issue
• Basic knowledge of all types of sewing machines with background of garment factory
• Willing to learn all type of machines
• Must know how to communicate in English
• Salary bracket would be between USD 1200 - USD 1500 plus accommodation & other benefits

FOLDER TECHNICIAN - KENYA

• Making Folders for all woven and knit machines(like Single Needle, Double Needle, Over Lock, Kansai and Flat Lock Machines
• Assisting factory whenever required of setting the folder in the machines
• Basic knowledge of sewing machine with back ground of garment factory
• Must know how to communicate in English
• Salary bracket would be between USD 1000 - USD 1200 plus accommodation & other benefits

LINE QA

• Manage Endline Audits on a daily basis & submit report to QAM
• Conduct random audits on the hourly passed pc by the Endline Auditors.
• Random audits must cover every line twice every day, one in morning and 1 in the afternoon
• Ensure every hours production are audited by Endline Auditors, last hour production must be kept aside to be audited in the first hour of the next production day.
• Monitor the rejected batch are return to sewing line for repair by maintaining a record of the bundle numbers rejected, re-audited and passed Endline Audits.
• Verify the DHU reported by the Inline Auditors are accurate
• Report any critical defects technical, construction related or safety to QAM.
• Must be well versed on AQL requirements and how execute them
• Must know how to measure the garments as per the buyers HTM Manual accurately
• Must know how to stitch
• Experience required would be between 1 to 3 years as an Auditor - either from Sewing or Finishing Department
• Average ability to communicate in English (oral & written)
