- Develop new business opportunities and find new customers, including prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting new potential customers, making sales presentations to potential customers about the company and brands in his/her market.
- Manage current business portfolio to ensure that current customers' needs are met, as well as identifying new opportunities with current customer base.
- Coordinate company events that may include the following: Company Chef product demonstrations, cocktail parties, tradeshows, and/or pastry classes in their territory, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date data related to customer base and complete weekly reports on company's CRM.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager in the development of marketing plans for his/her territory.
- Train, support and manage relationship with distributors and sales reps in his/her market.
