Maintenance Planners and Material Planner for Qatar

Material Planner

• Diploma in Engineering with Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience Material Planning/ Inventory Control functions within an oil / gas or petrochemical industry.
• Familiar in working with ERP software's like People soft/Oracle/JD Edwards
• Roles in this level have prime responsibility for maintaining stock of material needed for maintenance of the plants.
• The role supports the line management in keeping stock level at an economically acceptable optimum level.
• Analysing requests for stocking of new items (MRP-data, specifications, duplicate identification, etc.)
• Material Requirement Planning & Control - Forecast material requirements based on MRP Run in ERP system and analyse replenishment suggestions (Demand + Predetermined Stock levels)

Maintenance Planners

• Diploma in Engineering with Mechanical
• Minimum of 05 Years' experience as Planner
• Must have worked in similar position within Oil and Gas , Fertilizer or Petrochemical Industries
• Trained in Primavera (P6) and demonstrate good knowledge of Primavera and Maintenance Management System applications
• Should be able to plan and estimate Manpower, Material and other resources.
• Should be familiar in resource allocation, distribution, leveling of resources and coordination activities such as crane, scaffolding etc.
• Should be able to plan and coordinate site maintenance activities in coordination with all involved trades/discipline.
• Should be able to prepare work packages, and maintain bill of material libraries for equipment, where necessary.
• Should be able to identify full extent of work needed to conduct relevant repair, PM or design out maintenance activities on plant and equipment
