We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable individual who can demonstrate their leadership skills in driving quality for key Strategic Innovation & Renovation (I&R) and new product development-beverages/Juices.
Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver a portfolio of new product development / key I&R projects.
Provide both Technical Product Applications, processing and ingredients on Regulatory and Packaging Technology management expertise and support.
Develop new product development project charters, schedules, resources requirement and work break down structure to ensure on time project delivery.
Key member to participate starting from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and commercial launch. Coordinate and manage project support disciplines within the project life cycle (Process Engineering,
Purchasing, Design, I&C, Structural, Field Install Supervision, etc.) Develop raw ingredients for maturity or stability of processing and finished goods for safety quality and sensory perfection. Develop/design processes considering food standards for product specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, adopt in beverage industry complete processing and filling line, have knowledge on water balance, can develop ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing and delivering foods using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology and food technology.
Deliver PSP and AOP commitments, measure and report progress with significant capital reduction by scope area. Have sound knowledge in developing new products for flavour, colour, sensory evaluation and taste.
Confer with process engineers, plant operators, flavour experts and marketing specialists in developing/resolving issues of product development.
Develop new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and other sciences.
Required Candidate profile
MSC in Food technology/ Food engineering /BSC food technology
Leadership, Hardworking, good teaching skills and ready to work late hours when required Food technologist experienced in Beverage Industry
Worked in beverage industry for 12-15 years in quality and has developed beverage products
