 SITE COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Exp - 5+ Years

Location - Oman Location

5 plus years experience professional for providing installation and commissioning support for large site in DCS/PLC domain at Middle East for duration of over One year.

General:

This is key role at the End User site.

This role will report to Site Manager.

Location: Duqm Oman

Duration 6 Months extendable to 1 year

On site hours 7 AM to 5 PM

Experience: 5+ years in Industrial Automation and Control. Hands on experience in DCS, PLC and various control system equipment for process control systems is necessary.

Site Engineer shall be qualified and experienced in Commissioning and Operation of oil facilities. Commissioning Engineer shall be with good level of English communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Knowledge of ABB 800 XA and Power Management systems is preferred.

Package: In line with qualification and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Testing .Shall be responsible for the commissioning, start-up, proper functioning and performance of the Work.
2. He shall be responsible for all aspects of liaison, planning and co-ordination of all pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Initial Operation. He shall be involved in all technical, HSE reviews, and SAT, if deemed necessary.
3. Work in accordance with customer HSE procedures with focus and commitment to zero incidents and loss time.
4. The Commissioning engineer shall be directly reporting to the Project Manager and Company Lead Commissioning Engineer and then to Operation Readiness.
5. Documentation: Maintain high level records, Meeting Notes and Progress KPI charts for site management.
