We are looking for a Jewellery Conceptualizer cum Merchandiser for KGK Bangkok Location!!!

Exp.: 3- 8 yrs

Salary: Depends on experience and exposure.

Target Market: Europe

Job Description / Required Skills :

1. Introduce new concepts for the company as per the market & customer assigned.

2. Based on design brief received from the sales person or the customer gets the collections of sketches, collection of samples generated on a timely manner through the team of designers.

3. Ensuring that all design collections, concepts, presentations requested by the sales person is checked thoroughly which is made by the design team & emailed to the sales person or the customer directly on a timely manner.

4. Monitoring the efficiency & strike rate of the designers on a periodic basis. (quarterly & yearly activity)

5. Monitoring the work of the data & ensuring that they are not doing any mistakes.

6. Ensuring that the designs selected by the customer are executed rightly at the cad/cam, & sample stage.

7. Ensuring that a good presentation of the designs & samples are made to ensure that the customer is delighted. Using latest technology like gem light box, background images, giving life to the jewellery & making it most attractive is important.

8. Ensuring that a good product line is made in terms of physical pieces &/or digital/printed catalogue/videos & ensuring that it is updated on an annual basis.

9. Ensuring that when any shows or customer visits are planned, all arrangement to have the line in place, show casing the collections in each window are all taken care with full responsibilities.

10. Ensuring that product catalogue category wise, collection wise, product type wise etc.. Are all maintained & generated whenever requested.

11. Ensure that on a quarterly basis a small presentation is made & shared with the management of what new things were achieved in the previous quarter & what is the objective for the new quarter. Monitoring the objective, analysing it, recording it & taking measures to continuously improve it in important.

12. Ensuring that all sop's are in place & the team is following the sop decided.
