Business Development Executive -  Industrial and Commercial

Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: Should have 3 years minimum experience in Industrial sector such as Oil & Gas, Energy etc

Should be well versed with MS office and advanced excel, Oman experience with driving license is a must

Pest Control Engineer

Qualification: Should be a University graduate

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in Pest Control

Should have experience in tendering, Material Approval Sheet preparation, equipment selection for each project, etc.

Should provide training to his team

Should be able to prepare Method of Statement when asked by client

Trainer Technical (Hard) Services

Qualification: B.Sc Mechanical or Electrical

Experience: Should have at least 5 yrs relevant experience in Training field, Should have 5 yrs experience in Maintenance operation

Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.Good Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Trainer Cleaning Services

Qualification: Bachelors degree in suitable field; courses in Cleaning Services will be an advantage

Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in FM cleaning services.

Minimum 5 years experience in Training (cleaning) services.

Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

GCC driving license is a must.

Preferred from Hotel background.

Contracts Manager

Qualification: B.sc in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

Experience: Should have 10 years minimum experience with minimum 3 yrs in Gulf, handling more than a site in maintenance ( hard & soft services), experience in Managing / Supervising more than 100 people

Must have GCC Driving License & Good English language

Operation Manager

Qualification: BSc. Mech./Elect. Engineering

Experience: Should have minimum 15 years experience in facility maintenance management, led multi projects at a time with workforce not less than 300 staff, GCC valid driving license is a must

Site In-charge

Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience as a Site In-charge in facilities management, maintenance field

Pump & Irrigation Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience as a Pump & Irrigation Technician

Laundry Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience as a Laundry Technician

Electronics Mechanical Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience as an Electronics Mechanical Technician

Fire Alarm Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in Facility Management/Building maintenance

Lift Technician
