Project Cost Control Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Well experienced, handle cost functions involving planning, budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting. Interpret contract, alert financial risk, and current cost control database. Monitor detailed construction analysis, project cost and cash flow reports developed by CMA. Strong in projects control, cost control and cost reduction implementation. Resources planning, Schedule & Millstone Handling. Supervise planning, scheduling and cost engineering. Determine schedule, estimates and work scope to execute and complete deliverables within budget.

MEP Cost Estimation / Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Experience: Must have Saudi Aramco projects/work Experience and having strong knowledge in creating of detail BOQ and Materials and Quantity take off from the drawings and specification and well versed in the Cost Estimation

Civil Cost Estimation Cum Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Tendering & Estimation Manager - Pre-Contracts & Post-Contracts

(Saudi Aramco Projects Experienced)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Responsible for leading the tendering and estimation activities for all RFP/tenders. Ensuring the preparation of accurate cost estimates for tenders. Study, analyze and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment and bid decision. Solicit and prepare a bill of quantities, section during tender preparation for method optimizing in order to reach cost efficiency. Prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements. Estimate of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval. Advise in determining types of projects to bid, strategies, techniques, etc. Final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness prior to formal quote.
