 Bouffant Mop Cap operator cum Technician

Education and/or Work Experience . Minimum 3 years experience in the same Bouffant Mop Cap machine

Skills/Competencies

Able to handle the machine independently

Able to set the machine parameters

Should have good knowledge in M/C operating and process setting.

Able to troubleshoot m/c problem & quality issues. Should able to attend basic mechanical & electrical problems

Should have good knowledge in ISO & BRC procedures

Major Responsibilities

Achieve the daily/weekly/monthly production targets.

Handle machine & job settings independently.

Ensure optimum speed and maximum output of the machine.

Ensure quality product and quality packing as per customer requirement.

Ensure PM/AM is conducted on the machine & as per checklist for periodical checks.

Assist & train packers on the machine.

Maintain minimum wastages all the time at the work station.

Proper reporting of daily log sheet for the production, rejection & downtime details.

Maintain discipline in the shop floor and ensure follow safe work practices.

Work and follow as per all ISO & BRC procedures.

Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 6S, GHP & GMP practices.
