Operator for Kenya (2+ years experience)

Pet Blow Molding Operator- Kenya, Africa 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Safely and proactively operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET blow mold and support equipment
• Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checks
• Comply with sanitation standards, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and rebuilds as needed
• Monitoring and recording all machine functions: temperatures, pressures and speeds
• Have excellent knowledge of the machinery used for soft drinks bottling and PET blow molding.
• Have excellent knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have adequate experience in operating blow molding/bottling plant. Candidate must be familiar with how to operate tools and repair/maintain machinery.
• Adequate experience working with LINEAR BLOWING machine
