Process Supervisor / Process Superintendent

• BE, minimum 15 years of experience as process engineer, particularly NHT, CCR and Isomer.
• The role of the Process Commissioning Engineer is to work as part of multi discipline Engineers, Technicians and Vendors team in the preparation and execution of dynamic commissioning activities in order to deliver Process & utility systems to Operations in accordance with the project technical standards and schedule
• Responsible for technical support to operations identify and troubleshooting operating problems, coordinate operation task in startup, normal and shutdown, carry out test run, responsible to achieve the production program, optimization of CCR/NHT/PLT units performance

Electrical Specialist

• BE, 15 years of experience in Commissioning and start up.
• Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of detailed execution plan for non-energized, energized testing activities, including schedule.
• Having in-hand experience in VFD and rotating equipment.
• Experienced in Substation equipment energization along with testing of equipment like transformers, Switchgears, MCC, UPS and Electrical Control system (ECS).
• Experienced in Field Equipment like motors, Heaters, Furnace Etc.,
• Integrate with Operations and Maintenance personnel and carry the testing and commissioning of all the static and rotating equipment.
• Having ability to Trouble shoot and take a corrective action for the start-up

HSE Coordinator and HSE Specialist

• BE, Having minimum experience of 15 years in Commissioning and Start-Up of refinery or Petrochemical plant.
• Carried out programs related to the OSHA Process Safety and Risk Management Programs Including: Process Hazard Analysis, Re-validations and HAZOP studies, and Capital project safety reviews.
• Coordinated the development, implementation and management of the plant process safety management program. Specific programs include employee participation, program, process overview videos (including script, directing video shots and editing), process hazard analysis, contractor safety program, and other programs.
• Trained process hazard analysis team leader and do audits for the plant.

All the Position Must have experience of Commissioning in refinery, AXENS experience
