Multiple Offshore Job Vacancies in Brunei LNG Project

HSE Officer


Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore hydrocarbon industry, 2 years of which will have been an HSE Officer. Background in training, development, coaching and advising required. Shall have served a recognized trade apprenticeship. Shall have NEBOSH IGC certificate. Shall be fully conversant with all HSE aspect associated with the individual trade

skills. Shall be fully conversant with the principles of fire prevention hazardous area zoning equipment. Trained in Accident/Incident Investigation Techniques. Degree or certification in the HSE field with equivalent combination of education and related experience. Otherwise, shall have

a recognized trade apprenticeship and a minimum possess a City & Guild Advanced Craft Certificate.



Mechanical Construction Supervisor/ Field Engineer


Minimum 10 years experience in a similar project management/operations role associated with offshore shutdown maintenance activities. 5 years experience in a supervisory role essential. Ability to coordinate resources and modification to operating procedures/work instructions. Fully conversant with the latest planning techniques; manning, construction activities. Familiar with technical specifications and construction drawings. Review job cards with respect to correctness it scope, material availability, third party services and schedule. Pre-check of Job Cards before execution offshore in corporation with Field Engineers from our business partners. Quality check of completed Job Cards offshore in corporation. Support onshore engineering with requested information.Register, forward and maintain the site established technical queries (SQ's). Follow-up the performance of the work and assist where necessary.Participate in and keep track of that all punch activities are established and signed. Implement corrective actions as necessary / as agreed. Ensure the quality with regards to correct progress and Red Line Mark-up's on all Job Cards completed or partly completed before sending onshore. Collect MC/PC documentation from JC's into MC/PC

Dossier and keep the Dossiers updated. Implement corrective actions as necessary / as agreed.



Welding Inspector


Technical Vocational Course graduate.

Min. 3-5 years in oil and gas industry in Welding

Inspection

Must have either:

1. CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector

2. AWS-certified welding inspector

3. CWB CSA W178 LII



Senior QC Inspector


Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in welding and quality inspection in the oil and gas industry.- Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent)- Radiographic Interpretation (PCN RI Level 2 or equivalent)- Painting Inspection (BGAS Grade 2 or equivalent)

Plus:Ability to coordinate resources and modification to operating procedures/work instructions.

Fabrication Workshop Deck Supervisor (Rigging Supervisor)


Minimum 8 years experience in welding, fitting and rigging, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry. Holder of Basic Rigging/Slinging, Banksman

2 and CAP’s certificates. Able to perform lift planning and load calculations. Must be experience and have knowledge in Permit Vision, SFS, JHA’s, Risk Analysis & SIMOP’s and supervisory skills.



Fabrication Workshop Deck Supervisor (Welding Supervisor)


Minimum 8 years experience in welding and fitting, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry. Must be familiar with international welding codes API 1104, ASME IX and AWS and also COMPANY specifications. Must be familiar with the various grades of steel used in the oil industry and the welding procedures required for the various steels including pre and post heat treatment. Shall be fully familiar with all pipe work fittings and pressure classifications used in the oil industry. Shall be a qualified piping and structural welder as described in L3, L4, L5, L6 and L7 to 6GR and TIG for small and large bore pipe work and structural steel work. Shall also be familiar with the hazardous area classifications and requirements. Must be experience and have knowledge in Permit Vision, SFS, JHAs, Risk Analysis & SIMOP’s and supervisory skills


Fabrication Workshop Deck Supervisor (Painting Supervisor)


Minimum 8 years experience in blasting and painting, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry. Shall have 2 years experience of coordinating and supervising welding and marking off activities offshore. In charge and responsible for the supervision, coordination and control of a team of Blaster/Painters. Minimum qualification of BGAS Level 3 or NACE Level 1. Must be experience and have knowledge in Permit Vision, SFS, JHA’s, Risk Analysis & SIMOP’s and supervisory skills


Assistant Construction Supervisor


Minimum 10 years experience with at least 7 years offshore construction experience of which 5 years in a supervisory role and must include Construction Rigging experience. Shall be competent in job planning, progress reporting and personnel management. Shall be able to read and understand construction drawings, terminology and processes, including materials and all piping components and drawings and rigging works, welding, painting, flushing, hydro-testing and etc.


Construction Supervisor


Minimum 15 years experience with at least 10 years offshore construction experience of which 8 years in a supervisory role and must include Construction Rigging experience. Shall be competent in job planning, progress reporting and personnel management. Shall be good enough in construction drawings, terminology and processes, including materials and all piping components and further understand quality requirement for welding, painting, flushing, hydro-testing and etc.
