Plant Manager for Ghana

Candidate Requirements:

Education Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in any engineering.

Experience: The candidate should have 15-20 years of experience in running the Recycle Plant for PET Bottles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have experience in running the Recycle Plant for PET Bottles.
• Candidate must have responsibility for overall plant operations like production, maintenance, and quality operations.
• The candidate is responsible for producing quality products with minimal scrap and downtime.
• The candidate is responsible report to appropriate management personnel any policy violations, safety incidents, quality issues, or other similar facts and circumstances that could either put other employees and/or the Company in jeopardy.
• Candidates have the ability to effectively and efficiently startup and shut down the process & equipment in a safe manner.
• The candidate must have to operate and continuously monitor the recycling machine, adjusting the machine only when necessary to ensure customer requirements are sustained.
• The candidate is responsible for troubleshooting quality and processing problems and make corrections accordingly.
• Candidates have to complete production reports and all paperwork as assigned.
• Candidates have to observe all safety rules/regulations and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Candidates have to carry out duties and responsibilities in a positive way and in the spirit of cooperation and support of others.
• To fully meet the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Candidates have to handle the plant independently.
• Candidate having good knowledge of blow molding process and their machines like Jagmohan, Ranasons, etc
