Position : Manager - Production in Biotech

Location :  Turkey (Istanbul)

Experience : more than 15 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Masters in Biotechnology/Bioprocess engineering or PhD in life sciences/Bioprocess engineering Strong team management skills
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the filed of Biotechnology/Biologics with a experience in Production. Preferably experience in Biotechnology Production Processes
• Excellent level in English is a must both in written and verbal communication
• Good Knowledge MS Office, and ERP system (SAP)

Job Description:

• Lead the Manufacturing operations includes upstream activities, downstream activities, facility management activities, and warehouse management activities.
• Build the strategic organogram based on the functions and work relevancies, and make the teams accordingly for the upstream, downstream, facility management and warehouse management functions.
• Designing, commissioning, and qualification of manufacturing plant as per the current regulatory requirements and to adopt the recent and advanced technologies wherever applicable.
• Ensure the compliance to cGMP during development and commercial manufacturing for all products conducted in the manufacturing facility.
• Participate in the cross functional discussions and finalize the new product/process assessments, regulatory, quality and business strategies.
• Participate in the process development discussions and finalize the feasible process according to the regulatory requirements and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance to safety, health and environment as per the Company policy.
• Responsible for technology transfer for products and processes into the manufacturing plant.
• Host and represent from the manufacturing for cGMP and safety audits and is the single point of contact to respond to findings and queries
