Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with Managing Director Latin America & Corporate Finance team in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.  

Job Summary

As a Finance and Commercial Manager, your key tasks are as below:

1. Working closely with key stake holders and playing active role in managing the finance and commercial aspects of the operation in Colombia and reporting requirements.

2. Managing statutory audits, tax audits and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and liaison with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors etc as necessary.

3. Coordinating with the local distributors/customer on supply, managing the account receivable, Inventory procurement and control, coordinating with Thailand SCM team.

4. Experience in warehouse management and importation process.

5. Good communicator and must interact regularly and comfortably across various departments. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.

6. Playing an active role in ERP, dashboard (Qlikview) and other necessary process implementations in the location.

7. Monthly financial management process that incorporates actual financial performance to forecasted performance and justifies variances.

8. Assisting in closing of accounts, audits and preparation of monthly/ quarterly financial, management reports and budgets.

9. Experiences in process definition, set up and creating SOP.

Qualification & Experience

• Finance professional Qualification equivalent to CA / CPA.
• Minimum 5 years experience post CA/CPA qualification.
• Professional use of MS office.
• Experience in handling ERP systems.
• Previous work experience in distribution business is preferable.

Skill & Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling audits, financial and management reports, exposure in ERP system, cost management, company and tax regulations, procurement and warehouse management, importation, treasury. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
