Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area by setting up the entire chain of distributor/ dealer / channel partnership
• Must have the ability to handle his region independently to meet monthly sales targets
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
• Sales revenue generation position; must have the ability to meet high growth targets
• Generate maximum revenue from the region
• Maintain good relations with regional distributors / dealers / channel partners
• Focus on developing new customers
• Assume responsibility to meet targets and get timely orders as well as collections.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be Indian and must
• Should have previous Ghana experience in sales ( mandatory )
• 5 years including any location in Ghana location
• Preferably MBA
• Possess strong communication skills in interacting with customers, management, production, accounts.
