Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering or manufacturing or equivalent practical experience

5+ years experience with manufacturing processes including Wood Plastic Composite extrusion and material preparation for WPC PE and WPC PVC

Worked through the entire product development cycle.

Experience in Production planning

CHEMICAL RESEARCHER/ENGINEER

PhD or high degree in Polymer Science/ Plastic technology/ Wood Plastic Composites with Min. 6+ yrs Research experience in Polymers composites (WPC).

Hands on work experience on synthesis and characterization of polymers composites (WPC).

Knowledge of polymer synthesis like epoxies, acrylics, polyurethanes, silicones, amino, polyesters, phenolics etc.

Knowledge of polymer characterization through modern analytical techniques like DSC, GPC, TGA, etc as well thermal mechanical and physical properties and behaviors.

Have publications on polymer Composites (WPC).
