 Stores Supervisor / Handyman Supervisor

Responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, packing and/or unpacking of goods as well as issuing goods from the store.
Loading and/or unloading of vehicles and/or trucks.
Accepting written orders.
Marking or stencilling of goods.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 3 years working experience in Storekeeping.
Good command of spoken and written English
Computer literacy in MS Office
Able to multi-task and work well in a team.

Assistant Engineer - Electrical

-To attend the preventive & breakdown maintenance related to electrical systems, transformers, ahu, cooling tower etc.
-Planning & scheduling of maintenance activities Electrical systems, transformers etc.
-Must have Facility Management background

Required Candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 8 years’ exp. in electrical maintenance of large projects with a high concentration in facilities management experience

HVAC / Mechanical Engineer

-Min 8 Yrs Experience in HVAC building operations & maintenance environment with
knowledge on operations and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, TSE tank, chiller
pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, CRAC units, package units, split units.

Required Candidate profile

-Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical discipline.(Mandatory)
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in MEP systems
• Good knowledge on operations and maintenance of pumping systems, air-compressors.
