Female Centre Operations Manager




The Center Manager is responsible for leading operations of various sizes, in a fast-paced environment that is challenging and changing continuously. Center Manager is responsible to shape the future of the center, being committed to delivering excellent service, specialized trainings and further develop relationships with local business, individual aspirants and educational communities. The Center Manager also requires interacting with and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Client Relations, IT, Finance, HR and concerned Team in the Academy to ensure that the center is generating the required revenue and operating in a cost effective and efficient manner. Incumbent should constantly be looking for ways to add a positive contribution to the business and the job is not limited to a finite set of responsibilities hence the prospect must be ready to face any challenges which might present themselves in running of the center operations. In carrying out the responsibilities of the post it is expected that the center manager will do so in accordance with academy's ethos. The Center Manager is expected to be the driving force that will elevate IAID Operations in Qatar and its future centers. The Center Manager needs to ensure that customers receive a friendly, professional and consistent high-quality service by resolving various queries, closing sales enquiries and getting it right the first time. 


Desired Candidate Profile


We are looking for Female applicants for the position of Centre Operations Manager 

  • Should be a bachelors degree holder or equivalent from a Premier institute.
  • The candidate should have at least 5 - 7 years solid relevant experience in this position.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience handling teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
  • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.  Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment with excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L of business.
  • Hands on experience in formulating departmental strategy, policy and procedures, in alignment to the business strategy.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills in a team management.
  • Experience in understanding competitive positioning/ customer needs and analyzing trends. • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels; IT competent; with good public speaking background.


FEMALE Customer Service Associates 




They are responsible in building positive and professional relationships with new and existing clients of the Academy, and they do this through addressing all client calls and inquiries for all the IAIDs course. The position is equally responsible for managing the new and existing clients by providing quality and timely customer service at all times. Further, this role is required to maintain proper communication and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders of the Academy, business contacts and concerned affiliates




Female Client Relations Associates




Role is responsible for lead generation via process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for the profitability of the business. Leads may come from various sources or activities, for example, online enquiries, walk in, phone enquiry, referrals, mass media, out calling to name a few. The role is responsible for managing the clients (new and existing) by providing quality and consistent customer service at all times.



Events Associate



Responsible for developing, negotiating, closing, implementing, and monitoring events related initiatives of the Academy. You must be capable to plan, organize, monitor events related activities. You must ensure to strengthen IAID events Department as a ongoing revenue generating Department. You are also expected to assist in developing and implementing the Center Operations Marketing and events activities/campaigns




HR ASSOCIATE



The HR Associate will be working to address the operating requirements for Qatar offices (or any upcoming locations) and will be responsible for various HR duties focusing more on recruitment. The other important areas of HR services include employee mobilization, welfare, employee engagement to name a few. More importantly, this role will be closely coordinating and working with all key positions in the Academy to ensure all personnel in the Academy are all aligned on all related HR requirements. This role has the ability to take up the required HR procedures mentioned in the Academy standard business process document. Similarly, this position is equally responsible to provide quality and timely customer service at all times. Further, this role is required to maintain proper communication and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders of the Academy, business contacts and concerned affiliates.
