Production Manager for Naif Saeed Aldahri Dates Factory Company, Saudi Arabia

We are one of the leading companies in dates business with more than 30 years of experience in this field. As a plan for expanding and diversifying our business we are planning to establish a beverage factory, basically for carbonated & non carbonated dates drinks.

We are looking to hire someone who is capable of handling this project from A to Z

Establishing a Carbonated Dates Juice Production Line from A to Z.

1. Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current operations to facilitate the establishment of the production line.
2. Supervision of Manufacturing and Shipping: This involves providing complete oversight of the manufacturing and shipping processes undertaken by the production line manufacturer.
3. Installation and Training: Overseeing the receipt of all machinery and materials, supervising installation, training personnel, coordinating industrial production processes, and preparing manuals and logistical support.
• Examining the current situation to establish the production line, with the option of relocating it to
another location ,including but not limited to, :
1. Determine the proposed laboratory equipment and supplies necessary for the production line and the
contact details of their suppliers.
2. Study and evaluate the production line manufacturing quotations and offers.
3. Propose the best quotation and offer, with a detailed report outlining the technical justification for
choosing this particular offer and excluding other offers.

• Full supervision of the manufacturing and shipping process from the production line manufacturer.

• Receiving all machines and materials, supervising their installation, training workers, coordinating
industrial production processes, preparing manuals, and providing logistical support, including but
not limited, to :

1. Supervising the operation of laboratories in accordance with the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug
Authority.
2. Conducting multiple production tests for both carbonated and non-carbonated date juice using the
production line, and submitting detailed reports of the results of each test.
3. Aligning the manufacturing processes with Saudi Arabian standard regulations and specifications for date
juice products.
4. Providing suggestions and recommendations regarding flavour profiles and overseeing their production
in their final form.
5. Preparing specifications for each product in line with the Saudi Food and Drug Authoritys requirements.
6. Developing the production lines operation manual and the industrial, technical, and administrative
procedures.
7. Proposing an organisational structure for the production line operation team, covering all levels, including
the nature and number of jobs (i.e., job descriptions and specifications).
8. Establishing technical regulations and specifications, operational guidelines, and mechanical and
administrative operating systems.

KILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Min of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent degree
• Min of 8 years of experience as a manager in the same field
• Experience in establishing and managing juice factories is necessary.
• Fluency in English spoken and written
• Preferred Those with experience in international markets
• Computer literacy MS Office
