Experience: 2 to 6 yrs. | Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A
Responsibilities:
- Take Charge of After Sales Customer Service Centre
- Candidate must have at least 2 yrs experience as a Home Appliance Technician
- Candidate must have experience in Motor rewinding, Fan coil rewinding
- Supervise Technicians
- Repair Home Appliances
- Ability to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Test and Evaluate New Product Samples
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
- Be responsible for showroom sales of Electrical products & inventory at the showroom
- Good Customer Service Attitude
- Report to showroom manager on daily basis
- PC skills in MS-Office
