Position:- Sourcing Manager - Auto Parts-Oman
Business Area:- Parts Planning and Procurement - (Auto Parts)
Grade : M4
Status :-Family.
Essential Qualification: Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Automobile or Mechanical discipline, with 12+ yrs of experience in sourcing and stock planning / procurement of Auto Parts /Component from alternate sources /vendors.
Job Role:-
Develop vendors for sourcing Finished or Produced Auto Parts. Must Plan and efficiently source auto parts from alternate manufactures or sources to ensure availability at optimal inventory levels of auto parts so as to maximize stock as per projected sales volume and to avoid blockage of working capital. Plan and Place orders for 3 months to 1 yr horizon, to ensure smooth, efficient and timely supply of auto parts from vendors / alternate suppliers.
Analysis of product quality, costing, sourcing parameters, vendor credentials etc, to ensure smooth and efficient supply of auto parts.
Essentials Skills and competencies:
Must have sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS excel + preference for experience on SAP-MM module.
Must have good Communication, Inter-personal, Relationship building, Analytical, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
Must be proactive and customer centric person with high level of performance bias and an effective team player at all levels.
Age: 32-38 years.
Salary: Competitive Basic salary (depending on competencies, skill, experience and performance of the candidate) with attractive sales incentives, plus Bachelor or Family status benefits (as per grade/eligibility) w.r.t- Furnished Accommodation, Air Passage, Medical, PLUS Job-need company maintained car with petrol allowance, GSM Allowance, AND leave and gratuity as per Oman labour law.
