Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Will be responsible to develop prototypes, design fixtures and programming and tooling selection and cost effective process to start with First articles with SPC data and CPK studies.
Will be responsible to develop manufacturing documents and transfer the process to production team to move the project to mass production or batch production.
Candidate will be responsible to understand the drawings and specifications and then develop the process to make the product in the plant.

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
Must have good knowledge on machining which is mainly 3 or 5 axis CNC milling / CNC 3D programming like MasterCAM or any other programming software or multi axis turning programming.
Must be technically sound with both theoretical and practical and prefer to have minimum 2 years experience of direct interaction with CNC machines.
Must have the sound knowledge on engineering drawing and knowledge on such as GDT specifications.
Must have good communication skills on English.
Must have good knowledge on tooling and materials.
Must have good knowledge on tooling and materials.
Must be ready to relocate at Malaysia.
