Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.


  1. Work with business users to ensure that system changes or enhancements are relevant to business needs
  2. Design, develop and implement new/enhanced system functionality as per users requirements
  3. Work with other IT team members/vendors to develop and maintain any interfaces within the various applications modules to support business operations or automation
  4. Handle production support to ensure system availability as agreed with users which will require tracking of problem and resolution either internally or with vendors support in order to minimize impact to user operations
  5. Ensure system housekeeping tasks such as backup requirements, system setups and configurations are  administered for any new programme version (where relevant) or as part of the periodic routine function to ensure system can continue to function efficiently as well as able to cater to variation in business cycle
  6. Work with users on business growth as part of system capacity planning, as well as on disaster recovery requirement to support business continuity
  1. Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or any other relevant qualification
  2. Minimum 5 years experience with application development/maintenance, test management for a proprietary software for hotel/service industry
  3. Experience in software change management and deployment process to ensure quality and secured release of new version to production environment
  4. Excellent analytical, problem solving, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention for details
  5. Independent, proactive and possess initiative and integrity with high degree of professionalism
