Experience: 18 to 24 yrs.
Planning, supervising and/or carrying out a variety of duties relating to oil & gas operations, testing and stimulation to ensure optimization of oil & gas producing wells.
Responsible for planning all well interventions in terms of work procedures, inspections and mobilization of equipment to work site. Manages and monitors all well interventions in terms of work procedures, inspections and mobilization of equipment to work site.
Utilizing analytical skills with engineering process knowledge to optimize production including identifying and implementing new technologies for enhanced production and recovery.
Providing technical support for identifying and correcting field production problems and implementing programs such as: pump changes, recompletions, fracture stimulations and work-overs.
Providing on-site operational supervision for operations including well completion, work-over, hydraulic fracturing, matrix stimulation, well testing, perforating and logging.
Preparing/Reviewing programs for various well tests such as multi-rate production/tests, pressure gradient survey.
Preparing/Reviewing programs for rigless operations, perforation, kick-off operation, well stimulation.
Daily follow-up of field operations on the wells, Close coordination with operations, accurate assessment of well productivity.
Selection of stimulation technique best suit for production optimization.
B.E/B.Tech - Petroleum Engg/ Mechnical Engg.
i. Candidate should possess 20 yrs hand on experience in the upstream petroleum industry with minimum 5 years experience in supervisory role
ii. Has strong understanding in oil field onshore operation.
iii. Has knowledge of artificial lift mechanisms, slickline operation, well testing etc.
iv. Knowledge of various production equipments for oil & gas operations.
v. Has experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams. Should be self motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
vi. Fluent in both spoken & written English.
vii. Should be technically accomplished & competent professional with experience in production.
viii. Should be able to work well in both a team environment and independently.
