Guest Relation Officer (UAE)

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs.  | Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A

-Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
-Schedule activities for guests
-Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
-Trace relevant statistics about clientele
-Greet Guests upon arrival

-Strong experience in dealing with guest complains & service recovery
-Proficient in opera & excellent knowledge in MS excel & Word
-Min 1 year experience as GRO or Min 2 year experience as a Receptionist in 4/5 star Hotel
