One of our clients, a leading EPC company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia providing services most major clients and government organization is looking for an Accountant at their facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience:
** Managing all operational aspects of accounting (AR, AP, GL, etc.)
** Performing project accounting and administration oversight
** Preparing financial statements and other management reporting on a monthly basis
** Monthly accruals / Review of Advances to vendors to ensure timely recovery / adjustment
** Monitor/Manage corporate budgets
** Driving process improvements for efficiency, including use of information technology
** Establish accounting systems and implement accounting standards and procedures based on contract requirements
** Supervise accounting functions across the organization.
** Timely closing of books of accounts & ensure all the month end activities are check listed and all the pending activities are completed
** Reviewing Internal Controls - revisit all existing internal controls and strengthen them if necessary
** Ensure there is adequate cover when staff are on annual leave and job rotation within the team
** Follow up in detail all balance sheet reconciliations
** Supervise and review the work of accountants and provide them guidance and advice on day to day operational issues to ensure that their responsibilities and tasks are supporting the objectives of the company
** Ensure detailed audit preparation/ client list file is prepared, prior to any audit engagement
** Prior to any external audits act as the main internal coordinator to ensure all field work and client requirements are met
**SHOULD HAVE GULF / GCC EXPERIENCE**
Requirements,
Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in Accounting Areas areas in Oil and Gas Industry
Management Skills
Experienced at managing customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal command in English
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
