Company Profile:
The Group companies are into Retail, Manufacturing of Beverages, Manufacturing of furniture, and into construction.
This opening is For Managing administration of a Mall.

Designation: Administration Manager/ Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Shall Manage:-
a. Power consumption (Electricity. / Diesel) within Budgets
b. Control and manage repairs and maintenance of store fittings (within the budget and timeline).
c. Very good in managing AC technicians
d. Knowledge in maintenance of Fleet which includes Cars (around 80) and small vehicles for customer delivery (20).
e. Manage and maintain Staff residences (Approval authority of bills related to maintenance).
f. Experience in managing third party services which include cleaning services, security services, maintenance companies etc.
g. Overall supervise the SECURITY department (there will be a CSO who will report to him).
Note: There will be a maintenance team in Stores/Malls and as a HEAD the person will be responsible and accountable to guide and carry his team to do the best. He will be given an annual budget and he need to control all the above said expenses working closing with the Store/Mall managers and the maintenance team.
Skills Required:
* Good Communication Skill
* Man Management Skills
* He should be well informed about the current trends in the market and Customer taste.
* He should be interactive and should maintain good inter-personal relationship with his co workers and customers.
* Ability to negotiate
* Should be able to think out of the box, innovative, and possess problem solving ability
* Analytical ability
* Ability to work with different teams with a sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
* Commercial understanding ability and bottom line driven
* Ability to identify training needs, build the team , Train & Coach teams below
Qualification - Minimum Graduate
Experience - 4 to 8 Years
