Position : Secretary (Male/ Female)
Reporting To : Senior Level Executives /CEOs
Job Responsibilities :
- To provide Secretarial and Administrative support to Senior Level Executives.
- Receiving visitors, arranging calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments and support day to day work.
- Responsible to manage and update Sr. Executive / CEOs diary , e-mails , meetings , travel arrangements and all associated work.
- Responsible to manage all correspondence of Sr. Executive / CEOs including filing, retrieval, incoming and outgoing mails and processing.
- Abe to take dictation, type, dispatch letters, memos, reports etc.
- Distribute the letters, memos, reports etc., to the marked offices, follow up with all work assigned by the Sr. Executive / CEO.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle high profile Clients/ Consultants / Guests visiting CEOs Office.
- Responsible for good housekeeping and hospitality of Sr. Executive / CEOs office.
- Certificate in Shorthand and Secretarial Practices.
- Good typing speed minimum 40 words per minute.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Advance Excel and Power Point.
- Track record of analytical & problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal and listening skills; flexibility.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- High Standards of personal grooming and dressing .
Nationality : Any nationals
Qualification : Bachelors Degree + Certificate in Shorthand & Secretarial Practices
Candidate should be expertised in handling Secretary position for Senior level people in management.
Should have handled Top management people from different Nationals
Minimum Typing speed should be 40 WPM.
