JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for initiate new item specification based on project documents and existing plant.
Periodic Update of specification.
Technical Bid evaluation of procurement tenders & handle technical queries.
Plan and Maintain stock for maintenance activities.
Thorough knowledge in all relevant international standards
Worked at least 15 years in Oil & Gas sector.
Technical supports to maintenance materials.
Co-ordinate with procurement to buy items.
Co-ordinate with warehouse to maintain the inventory.
To evaluate LSP spare parts inventory, create the exact safety stock, reorder point of each parts.
Able to determine the spares availability at both local & global markets.
Inspect and validate the spares specification as per order and match it with OEM manuals. Make regular visits to JO Warehouse for material inspection.
Study the compatibility of the new/modified spares offered by suppliers versus the original spares.
Able to create master material plan for future needs of spare parts.
Assist in LSP Data transition to SERIP JDE system
