We are an exciting web technology company based in Sydney, Australia with key clients.
Who are you?
As a Web Developer your primary role will be to develop, support and maintain commercial executions on client websites. This will involve identifying and understanding client needs and delivering best practice technical solutions on both back end and front end. Excellent communication skills are key!
Key Skills must include:
- 1 to 3 years of strong experience in CORE PHP, LAMP Technologies using MVC (Preferred MVC framework Code Igniter)
- Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySql, Jquery.
- Excellent understanding of Joomla, Open Cart.
- Expertise in theme integration and plugin development for PHPFox, Vbulletin, Wordpress or Magento
- Experience in PhoneGap or other mobile apps development is hightly desirable.
Advantageous additional skills:
- .Net 4.0 (ASP.NET & C#), SQL, jaba scripting, basics of XML
- Analyse web traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Webalizer, etc
- Has experience debugging code.
- Must write efficient code with documentation.
Personality will include:
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Good Team player & dedicated to work.
- Good client interaction skills.
- Project Management skills (Agile)
- ITIL exposure is desirable
- Proactive in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated and resourceful
