(Civil/structural) with minimum 10 Years extensive experience and 5 years as construction Superintendent with major construction contractors, having experience in supervising and executing Civil/ structural Works and able to read detailed construction drawings supervise assembly of formwork / false work and coordinate with client /consultant site supervision team for site inspections and approvals and able to schedule daily work activities for work crews .
Civil Engineers (3) Basic SR 4000-5000
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer with minimum 5 Years extensive experience with major construction contractors, having experience in design and installation of temporary works, supervising and executing Civil/ structural Works and able to plan and schedule work activities, produce method statements and coordinate with client/consultant for approvals and any design clarifications.
Site Engineer (10) SR 4000-6000
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer or building construction with minimum 5 Years extensive experience and 3 years as site engineer with major construction contractors, having experience in supervising and executing Civil/ structural Works and able to coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals and able to schedule daily activities. Also to produce method statements and understand working procedures.
Mechanical Engineer (3) SR 4000-6000
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 Years extensive experience with major construction contractors. Able to review drawings and submittals from subcontractors and vendors with respect to compliance with specification and functionality. Experience in supervising and executing HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Works and able to produce method statements and coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals and able to schedule daily activities.

Site QC Engineer (QC Civil) (6)
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer with minimum 5 Years extensive experience in QC with major construction contractors, having experience in construction methods using best practice, able to apply project specifications in a pragmatic way and able to coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals.
Site Engineer (QC Mechanical l) (3) SR 4000-7000
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 Years extensive experience in QC with major construction contractors, having experience in construction methods using best practice and able to understand and apply the project specifications in a pragmatic way. A detailed working knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing Works is required along with the ability to undertake factory inspections of materials prior to delivery. The ability to coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals is also required.

Auto CAD Operator - Structural (3 nos.) : SR 2000-2500
Min.ITI draftsman certificate Preferable Diploma in Structural /Civil Engineering Proficient in preparing shop drawings with Auto Cad /Micro Station. At least 3 Years experience. Must have worked with reputed contractors constructing tall commercial Buildings in Must have developed reinforcement detail drawings, Bar bending schedule etc..
Auto cad operator mechanical, 2 nos ) SR 2000-2500
Min.ITI draftsman certificate Preferable Diploma in Structural /Civil Engineering Proficient in preparing shop drawings with Auto Cad /Micro Station. At least 3 Years experience. Must have worked with reputed contractors constructing tall commercial Buildings in Must have developed reinforcement detail drawings, Plumbing HVAC and fire fighting details etc..
Senior / Planning Engineers / Scheduler (4 nos ) SR 4000-7000
Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed University with minimum 10 years (senior) 5 years experience in Planning and Scheduling of Large construction projects having good command in operating software viz., MS Projects, Primavera 6 Latest versions and utilize all features available in the software effectively. Must be able to keep track of project as per project schedule and give weekly and monthly progress reports. Must be able to prepare monthly bills and monthly reports. Must be able to request material requirement for site based in schedule well in advance and make procurement schedule accordingly.
