Position Details
- Overall responsible for managing the maintenance and production functions of the Factory, Mills and Boilers and Powerhouse (steam and power generation) sections.
- Managing operational and capital budget.
- Management of subordinates; performance management and staff development.
- Implementation of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) which includes Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-2008), Safety and Health (OHSAS: 18001) and Environment (ISO: 14001)
- Active participation as a member of the core Factory Management Team.
- Project management for the Front End section of the Factory
