What you need to know
1.College or above degree. Food Science, Biological Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Integration majors are preferred. 2+ years of field experience in machine commission & installation or equipment maintenance of FMCGs industries, esp. in the bottled beverage industry.
2.Excellent English &Indian speaking, listening, reading and writing.
3.Have extensively interested in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs), Food & Beverage industries, and is dedicated to build up a long-term career in the field.
4. Strong responsibility comes first. Be tremendously passionate, patient and enthusiastic. Be able to work under harsh environment and always welcome challenges.
5.Good team player and customer service awareness. Critical thinking, problem-solving ability and excellent negotiation acumen will also be required.
6.Willing to travel a lot independently within the country you are in charge of and even other countries in East Africa.
7.Be proficient at employing PC software in work, like MS tools, CAD, C+, etc.
What you need to do
1.Being responsible for the whole projects machines commission & installation, currently with a heavy focus on the bottled water & beverage production line. Providing related technical trainings to the technicians of the clients.
2.Offering After-Sales service in time when necessary.
3.Designing factory layout with PC applications.
4.Organizing the spare parts information that clients are in need of purchasing.
5.Visiting our clients aperiodically, inspecting whether our machines are functioning smoothly. Collecting clients real opinions about the equipments offered. Keeping a good relationship with clients and their technicians.
6.Kindly offering technical support when our sales team need backup.
7.Cooperating with other members of Maticline to integrate applicable technical documents based on Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania situation.
