*Cash and Bank Reports
Synchronizing tally ,Reconciliation of accounts,Handling audit, MIS Dealing with bank including negotiating exchange rates on conversation Preparation and filing of VAT, NAPSA, WHT, Mineral Royalty Tax in coordination with the Tax consultant Calculating Mineral Royalty tax Preparing and signing of cheques, withdrawing cash Giving instruction to bank for making TT/ conversion of currencies etc..
preparation of Sales Invoices
Preparing the account statement and making track on that of debtors and creditors Preparation of payroll of employees Dealing with company Secretary for filing annual return, appointment of directors, increasing share capital etc..
Desired Profile :
Experience with tally latest version
Excellent numerical& analytical Skills
Excellent communication skills oral and written.
Experience:2-10 Years experience as a accountant.
Should have knowledge of Forex Accounting.
Qualification:B.Com with First Class.
