Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
The manager will manage the whole operations and should be sales and service driven.
Qualification:
The right person would be formally qualified in software especially for business applications. He should have a masters degree. Management education would be great, if possible. A Diploma in accounting will also be great.
Experience:
Experience should have given the candidate enough exposure to business processes, accounting and financial reporting used in companies and corporates. He should personally have implementation experience.
Besides being technical he should have spent time as a team leader or a project manager or a coordinator.
He should have strong business approach, should know how to sell at a profit that is reasonable for sustenance and growth.
Note-Should have done pre sale, accounting programs implementation like Tally ERP,knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of Sage ERP X3 and Accpac RMS is must.
