Role and Responsibilities: (Job Role)

Responsible for Sales co-ordination with the respective region's sales team.
Co-ordinate to sales team for processing sales order.
Preparing sales order / invoices.
Responsible for CFA Stock which are serviced from factory.
Making Dispatch order.
Co-ordinate with factory personnel for Dispatches.
Communicate with sales team for status of sales order and sales position.
Update the order status in the computer system.
Responsible for Collection of old and new 'C' Form.
Preparation of daily / weekly /monthly sales analysis.
Responsible for preparation of monthly sales MIS.
Co ordination with factory logistics and Transport provider.
Inventory management of BU Distribution stocks at factory.
Implementation of forecasting module.
Settlement of CN / Material Return / Claims of Transit Insurance.
Effective management of channel partners (WSS - Whole sale stockist / distributors, Trade etc.) appointment, building and maintaining long term relationships with them.
Effective Receivable Management - management of inventory at distributor locations under his branch.
Accurate sales forecasting.
Coordination with support function of logistics and accounts to enable service to the partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/ yearly targets and goals set by the Company/Management. (Details/Figures discuss at the time of Appraisal/Reviews/Meetings).

Role and Responsibilities: (General/Management)
Adhere to Company policies (HR policies, Administration policies, IT policies).
Timely updating of ERP/Reporting System/s.

Experience in Virgin & Recycled Paper Board Grades will be preferred.
