Reporting to the General Manger, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of our manufacturing facility and will be responsible for managing the Production Team to ensure that KPI's are met and within the strict time scales.
Principal Duties (Responsibilities)
You will personally set the standards required for your team and will closely monitor performance of each area under your reporting.
You will run the factory on a day to day basis, drive the shift to achieve and exceed targets, working in a culture that promotes and encourage lean thinking and continuous improvement at all times.
Understanding of quality standards and take appropriate action when non conformances occur, communicating your actions to appropriate stakeholders.
To ensure all orders are made within the timeline on the committed date with buyers.
You will be incharge of meeting goals/metrics such areas as safety, labor variances, quality, material variances, production utilization, and training & development of your team
To reduce the overhaul waste to bottom level.
To improve the film quality by introducing the right material in blend.
To improve the print quality and other development to reduce the cost and make it environmental friendly..
To make sure all the machine line are in good running condition and if any line need to be spend on.
You will be responsible for the right quality & low cost production in your factory.
You are expected to come up with ideas to reduce production cost & improve quality & advise management on a monthly basis.
You need to ensure that all area under you are well maintained by keeping good arrangement & housekeeping.
Dynamic, result oriented with excellent man management skills . Good knowledge & experience in Blown Film Extrusion & Flexible Packaging industry. Capable of handling large volume production & manpower.
