Experience: 1 to 3 yrs. | Opening(s): 5
1. Reading & analyzing the sales enquiries including project details & specifications.
2. Preparation of pre qualification documents for the projects based on the project specifications.
3. Attending site survey along with Project Engineer/Coordinator if required.
4. Selection of economical Fire Stop designs based on the project specifications for the project to prepare the competitive quotation.
5. Forwarding Engg. Judgment requisitions based on the site conditions, preparing sketch & providing necessary details to Supplier (Hilti). Or requesting for amendments for the existing Engineering Judgments
6. Deriving the Bill of quantities based on the drawings
7. Updating the bill Of Quantities with appropriate designs & unit rates.
8. Analyzing & Estimating total man hrs & material requirements for the derived BOQ.
9. Preparation of quotation based on the estimation. Getting approvals from the management before releasing the quotation & update the corrections if any.
10. Coordinating with management, client engineer & Supplier (Hilti) for the successful completion of entrusted work.
11. Implementing & strictly following document control procedures, ISO, FM documentations.
12. Attending technical meetings with clients & Supplier (HIlti) if required.
13. Coordinating with the Supplier (Hilti) for day to day activities on daily basis.
