Job Title: Operations Manager - Incubation Center
Location: Kabul (Afghanistan)
Experience 4-5 Yrs
Education: BCA/MCA/Any computer degree/diploma
Role:
- The Incubation Centre manager will be responsible to ensure the overall coordination of activities in & partnerships for the Incubation Centre.
- This includes setting the priorities for the Incubation Centre, driving alignment between the various stakeholders and ensuring that the Incubation Centre offers a differentiating experience to the startups being incubated
- Support the selection process of new incubatees.
- Induct new incubatees, assist and support them throughout their development.
- Create opportunities for incubatees to network with one another.
- Provide regular information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other public and/or private organizations which provide business development assistance for the benefit of clients.
- Establish a professional advisory network for incubates.
-Promote the Incubation Center, its programs, and employees at every available opportunity, with specific responsibilities for recruitment and promotion.
-Support the organization"s consultants stay and other arrangements in Afghanistan when they travel to Kabul from other locations.
- Ensure good administration and record keeping of expenses.

Candidate's Profile
- 4-5yrs exp of handling operations & admin of a company
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Should have a valid passport
- the job is on a 2yr contract. On successful completion of assignment deputation to other World bank and UN funded projects in other countries possible.
