Previous Management or supervisory experience in oil labs & gas (7-10 YRS Experience),
Excellent in Excel & Office,
Ability to lead and guide a team of lab technicians according to work requirement.
Ability to operate our labs with the client + enter the commercial market by building relations with other clients in other labs.
Working knowledge of the relevant safety standards.

Job Description:
1) To analyze oil, gas, water, chemical, solid of sludges & scales samples and operate above advanced instruments;
2) To develop Lab methods to analyze samples or used international methods such as ASTM, API, or equivalent;
3) To supervise Lab routine by ensuring doing the work accurately and on-time by Lab Technicians;
4) To write Lab results / reports for routine & non-routine samples;
5) To coordinate / interact with Lab proponents;
6) To order chemicals, instrument, glassware needed for testing and make good inventory.
7) Ensure the safe operations of oil & gas labs;
8) Manage all administrative and staff matters;
9) Ensure all staff are appropriately trained;
10) Liaise with chemical engineers, ensuring timely delivery of results;
11) Conduct audits and inventory to ensure the laboratory maintains ISO/IEC 17025 standards;
12) Authorize laboratory manuals.
