We are looking for a dynamic leader to establish and run a PBO center in the area of Manila. The leader will open the center and have 200 employees in place by the end of 2014.
The candidate must have experience starting and operating a call center. They must be excellent financial forecasters, able to report results to 6 different business unit managers. They should have experience with sales, customer service and collections.

- Philippines culture and geography
All candidates will be asked for a ramp up plan and budget. They will be asked to complete analytical assessments and provide compensations expectations. They must be so confident in their ability to succeed that they welcome pay for performance. They must be able to committ for at least 2 years and be willing to sign a noncompete.
