Job Duties:
- Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to management.
- Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
- Take on the responsibility for the orientation and evaluation of all new employees.
- Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address employee satisfaction issues promptly..
- Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the division and organization
- Follow company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
- Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
